Send a drawing or model, or develop the idea with our team. We confirm the 3D design, make a 3D-printed prototype and refine the product before tooling starts.
After sample approval, we build injection or wire-forming tooling, then run trial parts for confirmation. Packaging, cartons, instructions, printing and logo details are tested alongside the product.
Once trial parts are approved, production begins. When components and packaging are ready, we assemble and inspect the finished product so it arrives complete and ready for retail.
